run, preston, run!

for the second year in a row, preston has run in the 7 mile trail race, Run at the Rock. this weekend he zapped 6 minutes off of last year's time!! preston, i am so proud of you!!
bret ran the race again this year too despite not feeling the greatest and did a great job!! ryan (bret's girlfriend) and i watched from the sidelines sipping our starbucks mochas wondering if maybe we should join them next year. the verdict is still out!!
