what a memory!!
we knew having kids was going to be an adventure, but not until this little guy did we realize how fast, exciting, loud, snuggly, drooly and joyful that would be (all in the same minute)!!
last year, right before eli was born, i was a little worried about how i'd share my love between two children. i needn't have worried because eli is proof that our hearts are capable of expanding beyond measure. a miracle to experience!!
to the tune of melting snow, ava and i made our snow family this morning. really, i made them while ava ate snow and climbed the tree....
then we made up a game called "splatting," which is basically making a snowball and tossing it onto the driveway where it would "splat" into a firecracker.
