one of the new things we did in hilton head this year was go horseback riding. it is really important to me to share my love of horses with my family, especially ava. so when i saw that the stable offered pony rides, i was so excited to get the kids up there!!
"popsicle" was the perfect first pony ride for them. she circled the fence like a pro!!
caroline went second! another great ride!
eli wasn't so excited about riding, but he braved one loop and held on tight to me the entire time!
he loved popsicle better from the ground...
my first pony ride was in july of 1988, the summer before we moved here from michigan. we had come down to nc to visit uncle john and scope out real estate....
