ava just had her ballet performance...
i might be biased, but i think she was the most beautiful girl there!
ava is not a fan of large crowds or loud noise, so when the high school auditorium filled up and the music was a bit too loud, i started to worry (she was with her class in the balcony for the duration of the evening). seeing her on stage made my heart swell - not so much because she was performing (she did great!), but because i knew she was being so brave.
ava's dancing career might be over, (her choice. she's taking a break for the summer and then reconsidering!) but i am so proud of her - no matter what she decides to pursue next!
