avy's beach

i should have looked at the forecast when i set up the pool (ava calls it her beach) this week because every afternoon we tried to "go to the beach," the sky turned grey and thunder would rumble. it's so sad to explain to a toddler that we must get out of the "ocean" when it begins to storm.

as a mother i often worry about what and who will influence my kids...i guess i should look a little closer to home. below, ava is mimicking roofus as he drinks from the "ocean."
